Shipping & Returns

We only ship to locations in the United States, but can only ship to physical addresses (we do not ship to PO or APO boxes). No international shipments.
Tracy Dunn Design stands behind our products. We are confident in our partners and work hard to make sure our products are of the highest quality. It’s important that our customers feel the same about what you have chosen to be in your home. All of our items are inspected prior to shipment. If you do notice damage, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt (by sending an email to Tracy@tracydunndesign.com) and our team will work on a replacement. You must include pictures of the damaged product and the box it was delivered in. We do not accept returns for undamaged merchandise.
Provided we receive an email within 48 hours of the item(s) arrival, Tracy Dunn Design will replace any damaged item(s) at no additional cost to you. Tracy Dunn Design will provide a shipping label for the return of the damaged item(s). Please return in its original packaging. If the item cannot be replaced, you will receive a store credit for the total purchase price of the item(s). Replacement or store credit is conditioned upon receipt of the damaged item(s).
